A candidate for a L-1 visa going on a blanket petition must pay the Fraud Prevention and
Detection charge. On individual L, H-1B and H-2B petitions, the U.S. applicant pays the Fraud
Prevention and Detection charge to USCIS when the request of is recorded. These expenses are to
be paid at the Embassy/Consulates with a request draft/clerk's checque.
