Violation of Service Contract Act (SCA)

In case a contractor or subcontractors violates Service Contract Act (SCA) then the Act
provides to withhold contract funds to reimburse underpaid employees, end the agreement, hold
the contractual worker at risk for related expenses to the government, and suspend from future
government contracts for a time of three years any people or firms who have violated the SCA.
