Not more than six living plants might be planted, developed, gathered, dried, or handled inside a
residence. A residence is characterized as a house, a flat unit, a trailer, or other comparative dwelling.
Regardless of what number of people more than 21 years old are living in a residence, just 6 living
plants may be cultivated at one time.
