A migrant visa is issued to a qualified individual who has an affirmed request of in light of a
family or work relationship and who wishes to live in the United States for all time. A non
immigrant visa is issued to a man who is heading out to the United States for a particular reason
(get-away, thinks about, medicinal treatment, business, impermanent work) and who will leave the
U.S. after finishing of that reason.
