Specific intent

Specific intent alludes to the perspective in which an individual plans to commit a specific
wrongdoing, comprehending what the result might be. For example, attempted battery is not a criminal
accusation on the grounds that the wrongdoing of battery does not require a planned aim to bring about
damage. Yet, somebody who debilitates substantial damage might be accused of attack.
