What guarantee do I have on the displayed trade-in value supposing that I’m trading-in my Kindle? Are there any eligibility criteria?

When your Kindle which you trade-in is postmarked from the 7 calendar days of submission then it means that your Kindle meets or exceeds the product eligibility criteria of Amazon. Click here to find the Product eligibility criteria. For Kindle the general eligibility criteria are

  • Kindle or any other e-readers can have personalization like any marking, or engraving, or identification sign.

  • Kindle E-Reader should be in working condition

1. The working device should power on and function properly with a good display and no cracks.

2. When the device has cracks on the display and does not power, it is nonfunctional in condition.
