Remedies for failure to pay alimony

The various remedies that the court can enforce for failure to pay alimony are as follows:
(a) Confiscate the spouse's personal financial estate, including the rents and profits from any real estate
and applied toward alimony as the court feels just and reasonable.
(b) Order to pay overdue support along with additional fine.
(c) Order to withhold income which requires the payor companion's manager to withhold the payor
spouse’s paycheck and send it directly to the supported spouse.
(d) A judge can grant you a part of your spouse's financial balances, CDs, and other assets through the
courts.
