Rights of person charged with contempt of court

When an individual is charged with criminal contempt, he gets all the constitutional rights
guaranteed to criminal defendants which includes -
 right to counsel
 right to put on a defense
 right to jury at trial
The charge of criminal contempt has to be proved beyond reasonable doubt.
