Service Contract At for service in access of $100,000

As per the provision of Contract Work Hours and Safety Standard Act contractors and
subcontractors performing services in excess of $100,000 are required to pay laborers and mechanics,
including guard and gatekeepers, no less than one and one-half times their standard rate of pay for all
hours worked more than 40 in a working week.
