The elements to prove the crime of aiding and abetting are -
 A crime should be committed
 The accused must have helped, guided, summoned, initiated or secured the individual
committed out the crime
 The accused should have acted with the intent to encourage the wrongdoing and
 The accused should have acted before the crime was finished.
