The circumstances are -
 Not showing up amid a planned court appearance on a set date and time
 Not answering to your post trial supervisor at the planned time or place
 Not paying any required fines or compensation as ordered by a court
 Visiting specific individuals or places, or going out of state without the consent of your post
trial supervisor
 Having, utilizing, or offering illegal drugs
 Committing different violations or offenses
 Getting captured for another offense, regardless whether criminal or not.
