The acts are prohibited under Age Discrimination in Employment Act are as follows:
(a) articulations or details in employment notification or ads of age inclination and impediments.
An age farthest point may just be determined in the uncommon situation where age has been
proven to be a bona fide occupational qualification (BFOQ);
(b)discrimination on the basis of age by apprenticeship programs, including joint work
administration apprenticeship programs; and
(e) disapproval of benefits to more established workers. An employer may decrease benefits in
light of age just if the cost of giving the lessened advantages to more established workers is the
same as the cost of giving advantages to more younger worker.
