You can claim for elder or dependent adult abuse restraining orders if -
 you are 65 years old or older
 dependent of adult between age of 18 and 64 and has certain mental or physical disabilities due
to which he is not able to do the normal day to day activities or protect themselves.
 Victim of
◦ Physical or financial abuse
◦ Neglect or abandonment
◦ Treatment that has physically or mentally hurt you,
◦ Deprivation (withholding) by a caregiver of basic things or services you need so you will
not suffer physically, mentally, or emotionally.
