My CentraLite 3-Series Appliance Module has stopped working all of a sudden. How do I troubleshoot it?

You can troubleshoot your CentraLite 3-Series Appliance Module by

Step 1

  • First, check whether the lamp or the device is working; you can do this by plugging it into a non-switched wall plug.

  • Then check whether your 3-Series Module is working. Unplug it from the wall receptacle and plug it again, then test to check whether the device is working.

Step 2

  • First, unplug the device connected to the 3-Series Module, then unplug the module from the wall receptacle.

  • Then long press the on/off button and plug it back into the wall.

  • Leave the button when the LED status turns on.

  • Once the reset is done now it is time to rejoin the ZigBee network.
