Speed up response time
Generally, it takes less time to process simple requests involving a small number of records.
Complex requests involving a greater number of records can take considerably more time to process.
Therefore, you and an agency FOIA Officer may want to discuss narrowing the scope of your request
to speed up the response time or to agree on an alternative time frame for record processing. Another
means of obtaining a faster response is to ask the agency for "expedited processing" of your request.
