Non-Disclosure Agreement for application of patent

A Non-Disclosure agreement is basic during the period while a patent application is being indicted. Once a patent is issued then the data is open to the general public, in any case, the proprietorship rights is obtained once the patent is granted. An additional information relating to the invention which is not covered by the patent is protected by Non-Disclosure agreement.
