I’ve had a Kindle for several years but the other day it froze completely. I tried rebooting by long pressing the power button for n number of times yet nothing fruitful. I’m desperate to make it work. Does anyone know what to do?

Well, in my case when my Kindle had this freezing problem, I tried resolving it by even doing a reset in vain. I’d tell you what you should do if such a thing happens

  • Take the back cover with a small flat screwdriver.

  • Check whether your circuit board is intact. If the screws of the circuit board are not intact fix it.

  • Then remove the battery and you will find a connection from the circuit board below it.

  • Check whether the connection is secure. If not push the connection and you would hear a click indicating that the parts are joined.

  • Now, your Kindle will start working.
