The child must have a migrant visa to enter the United States. The Lawful Permanent
Resident parent(s) must record a F2A (minor youngster) or F2B (unmarried child more than 21
years of age) inclination request of with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. This can
include a hold up of quite a while in India.
