In the event that Lawful Permanent Resident guardians leave their infant kid abroad with relatives, come back to the United States and later need the kid to go along with them, what must they do?

The child must have a settler visa to enter the United States. The Lawful Permanent Resident
parent(s) must document a F2A (minor youngster) or F2B (unmarried child more than 21 years of
age) inclination appeal to with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. This can involve a
wait of several years in India.
