I saw a dog making his master calm during an anxiety attack. Does this qualify him as a service animal?

It depends. If the dog has been trained to sense the anxiety attack, he would qualify to be a service
animal. If the dog's presence merely provides comfort, it will not qualify him to be a service animal
under Americans Disabilities Act.
