I have a strong feeling that in my absence (since most of the times I am on business tours), my attorney-in-fact would misuse the Power of attorney? What should I do to prevent any such future incident?

POWER OF ATTORNEY

You just need to revoke your power of attorney, which can easily be done by destroying the document and it will also solve your purpose because the document cannot be misused unless it's in physical custody of your agent. In case a copy is there with your agent or there on record with your bank and financial institutions, execute a document revoking the power of attorney that needs to be witnessed and acknowledged in same manner as the power of attorney, and furnish it to your bank and financial institutions.
