I am moving in as a tenant somewhere. Is it possible that the landlord may boycott the cultivation/smoking of marijuana on his or her property?

Yes. An individual or private entity may preclude or confine individual ownership, smoking, and
cultivation of marijuana on the person's or entity's claimed property. A state or local government
organization may disallow or limit such exercises on property claimed, rented, or possessed by the state
or local government.
