1. Start by checking whether you have upgraded your LinkedIn app to the latest version. Only when you upgrade to the latest version you will get the best possible performance. Go for automatic updates so that it would be easy on you.
2. When the app crashes as you are using it then try these steps:
Check the Internet connection on your device. It should have a strong wireless signal (3G, 4G, LTE or WiFi).
Try to force quit the app and then relaunch the app once again.
Check whether there are a large number of apps running at once. If so, force quit apps that take up so much data like the ones that play or record audio.
See to that there is enough space on your device. When your phone is close to its capacity then the app would slow down or freeze.
