In Philadelphia, curfew hours differ between the school year and summer break, and amongst
weekdays and ends of the week. For instance, amid the school year, youngsters under 13 may not be in
public place after 9:00 p.m. on weekdays, and after 9:30 p.m. on the ends of the week. A first
infringement of Philadelphia's curfew in time law will bring about the burden of a $250 fine and
additionally community service.
