Test case program in Columbus, Ohio requires kids under 13 to be home one hour after sunset,
and forbids minors under 17 from being on the streets after 12 pm. After the first infringement, the
child and a parent must go to a 3-hour workshop. Second time infringement requires the minor to
perform community service, composed by the local YMCA. A third time limit infringement could
bring about charges, a fine of $500, or jail time.
