Does a city's restriction on commercial cultivation, individual outside cultivation, or retail sales of marijuana or its items make it ineligible for state grant monies for law authorization, fire assurance, or other local projects tending to public health and security related with the execution of Prop 64?

Yes. On the off chance that a city bans commercial cultivation, or individual outside cultivation,
or retail sales of marijuana or its items, it is ineligible to get state grant monies financed through the
new state excise taxes that take effect on January 1, 2018.
