Amazon Trade-In is a program with which you can send things which you would have got and no longer need, like that of textbooks, electronics, video games, DVDs, etc to third-party sellers for which you get an Amazon.com Gift Card. But if you are a kid you are not entertained to do so as only people who are at least 18 years old are allowed.

Make sure that the product which you want to sell matches the Trade-In search results’ version or how the product is on its page in Amazon.com.

Well, the product should match the description or eligibility criteria and is subject to the Trade-in Program Terms & Conditions. If in case your product is rejected, you would get back your product with no cost at all for the shipping within 14 days. Get to know the details about rejection and when you would receive your product back from Your Trade-In Account.

  • All the data of your device would be wiped out for customer privacy, if in the case of your product being accepted.

  • The trade-in submission would be processed within 10 business days, because of the location of the customers. Track your packages in Your Trade-in Account.

  • After the submission is received and verified, you'll be informed about your product’s status, whether it has been accepted or rejected through an e-mail.

  • When the third part pays for your product, your Amazon gift card balance gets added.

  • Mostly the products that you wish to trade-in must at least be in acceptable condition. Get to know the full condition descriptions by clicking on Eligible Products and Condition Criteria page.
