When you cannot sign in to the LinkedIn mobile app then do the following to troubleshoot the issue:
Check whether your mobile device is connected to the Internet. Try this by going to any browser and type in www.linkedin.com and check whether it opens.
If it is connected then open the LinkedIn app. Type in your email address, which is your login email address.
Now, make sure that you are typing in the correct password by tapping on Show the password box.
When you are still not able to sign in then try the following:
- Try resetting your password by tapping on Forgot your password? which is found at the bottom of the sign in page. If not, click on this link to take you to Password Reset page.
