Working schedule of employee

Yes, an employer can change the working hours of employees without giving prior notice to the
employee unless there is a prior agreement between the employer and employee. Moreover, there is no
provision in Fair Labor Standard Act(FLSA) with regard to scheduling of working hours of employee
except for certain child labor provision.
