A child conceived abroad to guardians who are U.S. Legitimate Permanent Residents may
enter the United States without a visa, given that the child is accompanied by a parent, upon that
parent's first return to the United States within two years of the child's birth. The parent must give
solid documentation demonstrating the parent-kid relationship.
